Norrenberger Pensions Effective Leadership Training - August 2023

In August 2023, Learning Impact facilitated an Effective Leadership Training for some of the leaders in Norrenberger Pensions. It was a 2 - day training that started on the 3rd of August 2023 and ended on the 4th of August 2023. It was held in Abuja at  UHR Consult Limited, UHR Office Complex, Plot 1673 Lakeside Resort Celina Ayom Crescent Kado, Abuja.

MTN Aspire Leadership Program 4.0 - 2023

In 2023, Learning Impact facilitated the MTN Aspire Leadership Program 4.0. It was a three months virtual program which commenced on 02 May 2023 and ended on 14 July 2023.

Participants were unique contributors to their team at MTN Nigeria and they were engaged in a variety of experiential learning interventions consisting of Career Seminars, Coaching Sessions, Workshops, Book Clubs, 360-degree evaluation and a Capstone Project.

NSIA Insurance Performance Management Training Program - April - May 2023

Learning Impact Facilitated a Performance Management Training for the staff of NSIA Insurance Limited. It was a 2-Day training which was facilitated for four (4) Streams, with one stream being virtual and three streams being physical.
The sessions for each stream held as follows : Stream 1: 26-27 April (Virtual), Stream 2: 26-27 April (Physical), Stream 3: 09-10 May (Physical) and Stream 4: 11-12 May 2023 (Physical). The virtual session held on zoom while the physical sessions were held in Lagos Nigeria. 

The training sessions were interactive and very insightful. It was a great learning experience for the staff of NSIA Insurance.

Leading Change ARM Academy - May 2023

 In May 2023, Learning Impact facilitated a Change Management Workshop titled "Leading Change" for staff of ARM Academy. The 2-day physical training started on the 11th May 2023 and ended on the 12th May 2023. The workshop held in 1 Mekunwen road Ikoyi, Lagos. The sessions were interactive.

Tangerine Africa Implementing the Balance Scorecard 2023

Learning Impact facilitated an 1-day physical training on Implementing the Balance Scorecard for unit heads at Tangerine Africa. The one day training was facilitated for two streams and the sessions held on 16th and 21st March 2023. Some of the areas treated during the sessions are; Overview of the Balance scorecard, Tools for strategic Analysis, developing the Strategy and Translating them into action. 

The sessions were very insightful and participants were well engaged and carried along.
