The Call Center Agents of Stanbic IBTC were trained for two months by Learning Impact NG on Business Writing Skills. It was a blended training program where participants received content during the week through our Learning Management System at www.onlineefiko.com and practice the writing skills learned on weekend in a Virtual Facilitator Led class.
