TrustFund Pensions - Managing Customer Experience Workshop, 24 - 25 November 2025

 

Learning Impact facilitated a two-day workshop on “Managing Customer Experience” for TrustFund Pensions from November 24–25, 2025, at the TrustFund Headquarters, 1363 Samuel Ademulegun Street, Central Business District, Abuja.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Femi Ogunleye and brought together customer-facing staff dedicated to enhancing the quality of interactions and experiences delivered to clients.

Participants explored key concepts around understanding customer expectations, mapping the customer journey, managing difficult interactions, and delivering consistent, memorable service. The workshop equipped them with practical strategies to improve engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and elevate TrustFund’s service standards across all touchpoints.
