and Modern Shelter’s (EPMS) had a 2-day Creative Thinking Retreat and
Strategy Sessions which took place at Lakowe Lakes Golf Resort, Lekki,
Lagos from the 2nd – 3rd November 2019 and was facilitated by Learning
Impact NG
.
The retreat was very engaging and experimental as
Learning Impact NG deployed the use of various Strategy, Creativity, and
Change Management frameworks such as Michael Porter’s Strategy
Framework, the Balanced Score Card, the ADKAR Model of Change Management
and The Componential Theory of Innovation to provide strategic
solutions at the retreat.
