Learning Impact facilitated a 2-day Strategic HRM Workshop for Line Managers on 25th-26th of November 2024 at FCMB Pension Head office, Zakaria Maimalari, Central Business District, Abuja. The workshop was attended by Line Managers and members of the Corporate Resources Department from the company. The purpose of the workshop was to improve the organization's performance and sustain a culture. Some of the content areas include High Performance work practice, the four HR capabilities, Line Manager Relationship, Line Manager Capabilities and modern HR organization. Participants were engaged in a case study in Human Resources. The workshop was facilitated by Learning Impact Facilitator: Mr. Omagbitse Barrow.

Learning Impact Coins of Character Workshop Prime Scholars School, Abuja
Learning Impact, led by Bukola Odjobor, facilitated a one-day Coins of Character workshop at Prime Scholars School in October. The event with 30 students from Prime Scholars School, Abuja engaged in learning financial literacy.
The event gave the students great opportunity to learn financial literacy and its application in real life. Interactive board games were used to teach financial literacy, focusing on budgeting, saving, and responsible spending. The Coins of Character workshop successfully enhanced students' understanding of financial literacy, savings, investing and money management. Participants engaged in an interactive session while having fun as they learn financial literacy.

In November 2024, Learning Impact facilitated a one-day Coins of Character workshop for students from Greenfields Pinnacle School in Abuja. Led by Oluwabukola Odjobo, the event brought together 30 students who actively engaged in learning about financial literacy.The workshop focused on equipping students with essential financial knowledge, including the principles of saving, investing, and generosity. Through interactive sessions and tasks, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, complete activities, and demonstrate their understanding of financial concepts, ensuring effective transfer of learning.The students also enjoyed participating in Financial Literacy Boardgames, which helped reinforce their understanding of key financial concepts in an enjoyable and memorable way.

Learning Impact at the 4-day Chartered Institute of Personnel Management 'ICE' Conference in October 2024 in Abuja
The Learning Impact initiative was showcased during a four-day Conference and Exhibition held from October 14th to 17th, 2024, at the Chida Event Center. Approximately 860 attendees participated, including HR professionals, industry experts, and government executives. The event aimed to provide training for HR professionals and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
