emPLE- Strategic Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders Phase 3, December 3, 2025

Learning Impact facilitated the Emerging Leaders Program for emPLE on December 3, 2025, at Cantoon Concourse, 12 Landbridge Avenue, Oniru Estate, Victoria Island. The session was facilitated by Dr. Odabor Ejumudo and focused on strengthening the capability of emerging leaders to deliver results and drive performance within their teams.

This phase centered on the theme Leading Results, providing participants with practical tools and insights to enhance their effectiveness in key leadership responsibilities. The session explored three core areas: Managing Performance, Fostering Innovation, and Leading Projects.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in structured discussions, exercises, and leadership frameworks designed to improve their ability to monitor and drive performance outcomes, cultivate innovative thinking within their teams, and effectively lead projects from planning to execution. The session further reinforced the essential competencies required for emerging leaders to achieve consistent results and contribute meaningfully to organizational success.










emPLE- Strategic Leadership Program for Senior Leaders Phase 3, December 2, 2025

Learning Impact facilitated Phase 3 of the Strategic Leadership – Senior Leadership Program for emPLE on December 2, 2025, at Cantoon Concourse, 12 Landbridge Avenue, Oniru Estate, Victoria Island. The session was facilitated by Mrs. Maryam Aliko and continued the development journey for senior leaders within the organization.

This phase focused on Leading Transformation, equipping participants with the mindset and capabilities required to drive meaningful organizational change. The session explored key themes including Effective Decision Making, Leading Organizational Change, and Managing Talent & Succession.

Through practical discussions and leadership tools, participants deepened their understanding of how to make sound, timely decisions, lead people through evolving business landscapes, and ensure a robust pipeline of future-ready talent. The session further strengthened leaders’ readiness to navigate complexity and champion transformational initiatives across the organization.

Learning Impact facilitated a two-day workshop on “Data Processing & Analysis with Excel” for TrustFund Pensions from November 20–21, 2025, at the TrustFund Headquarters, 1363 Samuel Ademulegun Street, Central Business District, Abuja.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Yazeed Obadaki and brought together staff seeking to strengthen their data handling, analytical, and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Excel.

Participants were taken through practical, hands-on exercises designed to enhance their proficiency in processing, organizing, and analyzing data to support accurate decision-making. The training deepened their confidence in applying key Excel functions and tools to improve productivity and overall work efficiency.








NNPC(Cynox) - Operational Risk Factors in Supply Chain Management Workshop, 17 - 21 November 2025

Learning Impact facilitated a five-day workshop on “Operational Risk Factors in Supply Chain Management” for NNPC (Cynox) from November 17–21, 2025, at Global Luxury Suites Limited, Kano.

The first three days were facilitated by Mr. Mfa Tarbo, while the final two days were led by Mr. Paul Popoola, bringing together NNPC staff focused on strengthening their understanding of supply chain dynamics and developing resilient risk management practices.

Participants explored key topics such as Supply Chain Dynamics in the Oil & Gas SectorIdentifying and Assessing Operational Risk FactorsRisk Mitigation and Resilience Strategies, and Creating and Sustaining a Risk Management Culture. The workshop concluded with a Practicum and Way Forward session, giving participants the opportunity to apply concepts, engage in practical exercises, and refine their approach to managing operational risks within the organization.
