Learning Impact facilitated a two-day workshop on “Managing Customer Experience” for TrustFund Pensions from November 26–27, 2025, at the TrustFund Headquarters, 1363 Samuel Ademulegun Street, Central Business District, Abuja.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Kolawole Kehinde and brought together customer-facing staff committed to delivering exceptional service and strengthening client relationships.
Participants explored essential themes such as understanding customer expectations, managing touchpoints across the service journey, handling challenging interactions, and building long-lasting customer loyalty. The workshop equipped them with practical tools and techniques to enhance service delivery and elevate the overall customer experience at TrustFund Pensions.
