FCSL Creative Strategy Retreat - Lagos October 2021

FCSL Asset Management Limited had a 2-day Creative Thinking Retreat and Strategy Session for her Managers at Park Inn by Radisson, Lagos on 22nd and 23rd October 2021 and it was facilitated by Learning Impact NG.

It was an engaging session as FCSL's Managers were engaged to build their strategy for 2022-2024 and create the culture elements for the company.

Modern Shelter - Planning Your Personal Finances Abuja 2021

Great organizations do not just ensure that staff is empowered with skills to carry out the specific roles or duties in their organizations but go a step further to empower staff with the right skills for Planning their Personal Finances. Given this Modern Shelter organized a-1day training on Planning Your Personal Finances for the staff members of her organization.  This training was facilitated by Learning Impact NG.

EDS Strategy Retreat Abuja 201

Learning Impact NG facilitated a Management Strategy Retreat for Earthpoint Development Services (EDS) as the Company’s HR Consultants. The Retreat took place at Zuma Rock Resort, Niger State from the 9th – 11th September 2021

.

The retreat was very engaging and experimental as Learning Impact NG deployed the use of various Strategy, Creativity, and Change Management frameworks such as Michael Porter’s Strategy Framework, the Balanced Score Card, the ADKAR Model of Change Management, and The Componential Theory of Innovation to provide strategic solutions at the retreat.

FCMB Pensions - Creative Thinking Retreat and Strategy Sessions - Abuja 2021

FCMB Pensions had a 3-day Management Strategy Retreat to review the performance of its existing strategy and re-align it to fit current market and economic realities.

The Retreat took place at Bon Hotel Elvis, Abuja from the 12-14 November 2021 and Learning Impact NG was there to facilitate the retreat to achieve the above objectives.
