Learning Impact facilitated a one-day Service Excellence Workshop for Stanbic IBTC Bank on August 9, 2025, at No. 14 Ahmadu Bello Way, Kaduna. The workshop, which was another stream of the training, brought together customer-facing staff committed to strengthening their service delivery skills and deepening their understanding of Stanbic’s customer-first culture.
The
session was facilitated by Mr. Paul Popoola and covered essential concepts such
as who pays your salaries, the fantastic service equation, managing customer
expectations, handling difficult customer interactions, and managing the
overall customer experience. A highlight of the workshop was the role play
session, which provided participants with the opportunity to apply service
excellence techniques to real-life scenarios, receive feedback, and build
confidence in handling diverse customer interactions.
