PAL Pensions - Driving Service Excellence workshop 28 July,2016 - Abuja.

Pension Alliance LTD organized a workshop titled  "Driving Service Excellence" for some members of staff. The workshop was facilitated by Ukot Umezinne of Learning Impact on 28 July 2016 in Abuja and the workshop content covered the following topics: Quality Service Management, Managing Customer Expectations, Delivering Fantastic Service and Handling Complaints. It was an interactive and exciting session.
