AMCON - Mentoring Skills for Managers - 14 June 2017, Abuja.

Asset Management Corporation Of Nigeria (AMCON) organized a workshop titled  "Mentoring Skills for Managers" for some members of staff. The workshop was facilitated by Gbitse Barrow of Learning Impact on 14 June 2017 in Abuja. The workshop content covered the following topics: Overview of Coaching & Mentoring, Building Rapport with Mentees, Using stories to support Learning, Asking Questions to Spark Innovation and Action Planning to Drive Results. It was an interactive and exciting session.
