 Efiko Management Consulting facilitated a Strategy Workshop for Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate on 15 April at The Destination Hotel, Wuse 2, bringing together the Executive Secretary (ES), Directors, Assistant Directors, and Deputy Directors to discuss the future direction of the organization. The workshop was facilitated by Hajiya Nafisah Muhammad Buba, Mr. Kolawale Kinde, and Dr. Kolawale Ojo, who guided participants through engaging and practical strategy sessions.

During the workshop, participants reflected on the organization’s current performance, identified key challenges and opportunities, and explored ideas that will strengthen service delivery and operational effectiveness. Through interactive discussions and collaborative sessions, the leadership team worked together to align priorities, develop strategic focus areas, and identify practical initiatives that will support the achievement of PTAD’s long-term goals.
