Premium Pension Limited hosted a Personal Effectiveness & Productivity Skills training programme from 16th–18th June 2026 at the Orange Green Apartments Ltd. @ No 5 Sambo Road, Kaduna State . The three-day programme was facilitated by Mr. Paul Popoola Mr. Steven Edward, and was attended by 46 participants, including Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and other professionals across the organization.
Throughout the programme, participants explored key topics focused on personal effectiveness, productivity, emotional intelligence, teamwork, continuous learning, ethical decision-making, personal integrity, and values-based leadership. The sessions were designed to help participants improve their performance, strengthen workplace relationships, and align their actions with organizational goals.
Through engaging discussions, practical exercises, and reflective learning activities, participants gained valuable insights into taking ownership, managing priorities effectively, embracing innovation, and living the core values of Premium Pension Limited.
