Springhall British International School hosted a workshop titled “The Professional Edge Towards Creative Educational Leadership” on 28th February at 13 Lake Chad Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Femi Ogunleye and focused on strengthening leadership capabilities within the educational environment.
The workshop was delivered in one stream, with 51 participants attending During the session, participants explored important topics including understanding customers, stakeholders, and their expectations, as well as how personal beliefs shape outcomes in leadership and professional practice.
The workshop also featured practical discussions on tools for ethical decision-making through case studies and strategies for creatively transforming teachers, equipping participants with insights to foster innovation and effective leadership in the school community.
