Stanbic IBTC Pensions recently hosted a 2-day Client Experience Program from 6th–7th March 2026 at Plot 1049 Pated Mable, Ahmadu Bello Way, Area 11, Abuja.
The workshop brought together 16 participants who engaged in an intensive learning experience focused on strengthening client service delivery and improving operational excellence.
The program was facilitated by Mr. Kolawole Kehinde and Mrs. Muhammed Buba Nafisah, who guided participants through key sessions including key changes in benefit processing, managing risk across different withdrawal types, computation lab exercises, and communication escalation strategies.
Throughout the training, participants actively engaged in group discussions and collaborative activities, allowing them to explore practical scenarios and share insights on improving client experience and service efficiency.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for participants to deepen their understanding of client-focused processes while building stronger collaboration and problem-solving skills.
