Stanbic IBTC Pensions hosted a Strategy and Effectiveness Workshop on 27th–28th January at Plot 649, Cadastral Zone B02, Near American Int'l School, 731 Sentinel Cres, Durumi Area 1, Garki, Abuja, 900104, Nigeria for Relationship Managers. The program was facilitated by Mr. Kolawole Kehinde and Mrs. Nafisah Muhammad Buba, and was designed to strengthen strategic thinking and enhance effectiveness in business development.
The workshop was delivered in two streams, with 13 participants attending Stream 1 and 14 participants attending Stream 2. Participants engaged in interactive sessions and discussions focused on practical strategies for improving performance and delivering stronger results in their roles.
During the workshop, participants developed strategy-aligned business development plans, explored ways to make better decisions under uncertainty, and learned how to execute business development activities with greater discipline and consistency while improving personal productivity and effectiveness.
