The program was facilitated by Mrs. Uchechukwu Mojekwu and was designed to strengthen strategic thinking and enhance effectiveness in business development.
The workshop was delivered in two streams, with 30 participants attending Stream 1 and 50 participants attending Stream 2. Participants engaged in interactive sessions and discussions focused on practical strategies for improving performance and delivering stronger results in their roles.
During the workshop, participants developed strategy-aligned business development plans, explored ways to make better decisions under uncertainty, and learned how to execute business development activities with greater discipline and consistency while improving personal productivity and effectiveness.
