Activity Time: During activity time, learners collaborate in hands-on tasks designed to reinforce key concepts and practical skills.

Certificates: At the end of the training, participants proudly receive their certificates, marking the successful completion of the program.

Overview of the training: The training was designed to equip current and aspiring managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success.

Participants: Below are the participants who attended the workshop

Training Ongoing: Training is in full swing as participants focus on the session, absorbing new knowledge and strategies for practical application.

Group discussion: Team members dive into collaborative group discussions, exchanging ideas and insights to deepen their learning experience.

Kinesthetic: Participants actively engage in kinesthetic exercises, learning through movement and hands-on activities to enhance their understanding of the concepts

Learning Impact Facilitated a workshop for MTN MOMO PSB  titled “Management Development”

Overview of the training: The training was designed to equip current and aspiring managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success.

Participants: Below are the participants that attended the training. From the feedback of the training, they all had a delightful experience at the workshop.

Facilitators: Our sagacious and insightful facilitators ensuring that every bit of the training is properly absorbed by the participants. Our facilitators have excellent and effective communication skills.

Kinesthetic: At Learning Impact, we recognize that individuals absorb information in unique ways, and we ensure that our trainings cater to different learning styles. Sometimes just like in the case of  MOMO PSB training, we allow participants engage in kinesthetic activities, allowing them to learn by doing certain activities.

Social Learning: Through structured group chats and collaborative discussions, participants engage in meaningful exchanges that go beyond the standard learning experience. As you can see in the picture below, participants engages in social learning. This helps individuals tap into the collective knowledge of the group, share real-world applications, and solve problems together. This also fosters teamwork.

Learning time: Participants focusing on learning as they take down notes and rehearse what they have learnt

Activity time: Based on the popular axiom "What I hear, I forget. what I see. I understand. What I do, I remember" we ensure we include experiential activities in our trainings. As you can see below hands on activity.

Networking: Participants leveraging break time to network. They understand the importance of networking. This period also create an atmosphere for relaxation.

Victim Support Fund Workshop 18 - 19 September, 2024

Learning Impact facilitated a two days workshop titled “Career Pivot” and "Put Your Dream To The Test" for the Victim Support Fund on 18th - 19th September 2024. This engaging training equipped individuals with the skills to build career resilience and navigate professional transitions effectively.

Participants learned to assess their competencies and apply the Ikigai principle to develop strategic career paths. The workshop emphasized leveraging networking tools like LinkedIn and preparing strong resumes to enhance job prospects. Additionally, it focused on job interview and assessment preparation, providing attendees with the confidence and skills necessary for career advancement.

This workshop empowered participants to take proactive steps in their career journeys, ensuring they are well-prepared for future opportunities.
