Learning Impact Facilitated two workshops for Victim Support Fund titled “Career Pivot”, and ‘Put Your Dreams to the Test”
Overview of the workshops: The training equips individuals to build career resilience by assessing competencies, applying the Ikigai principle for career strategy, leveraging networking tools like LinkedIn, and preparing strong resumes. It also focuses on job interview and assessment preparation for career advancement.
Day 1: Career Pivot
- Cross-Section of participants on the first day: The training was impactful. Participants feedback showed that it was an excellent experience, a great learning time with high learning engagement.
- Training ongoing: Participants benefiting from the learning session. They understood the importance of the training and won't let any part of the knowledge or information slip away. This is obvious as you can see them taking down notes.
- Questions and Interactive session: The participants were engaged with a variety of interactivity including questions and answer, contributions, responding to scenarios as well as sharing experiences.
- Overview of Day 1: The participants were active and determined. They demonstrated they understood the principles of learning.
Day 2: Put Your Dream To The Test
- Cross-section of Participants on the second day : The training was impactful. Participants feedback showed that it was an excellent experience, a great learning time with high learning engagement just like the first day. They look forward to implementing what they have learnt from the workshop.
- Training ongoing: The facilitator ensured every detail of the body of knowledge was broken down for the participants and it was well appreciated.
