Impact facilitated a 3 day Customer Relationship Management System for
relationship managers of Stanbic IBTC on 26-28 of August 2024 at Stanbic IBTC
blue academy, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos. The
workshop was attended by managers from
the company. The purpose of the workshop was to improve the selling ability and
financial knowledge of relationship managers at Stanbic IBTC, and some of the content
areas include consultative selling, customer service, sales communications,
financial analysis, credit and risk management. Participants were engaged in
case studies in customer service and watched educational videos on selling. The
workshop was facilitated by Learning Impact Facilitators: Ms. Omo Ogun, Mrs.
Ndidi Adegbite and Mrs. Ejine Nzeribe.
