Learning Impact Facilitated a workshop for MTN MOMO PSB titled “Management Development”
Overview of the training: The training was designed to equip current and aspiring managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success.
Participants: Below are the participants that attended the training. From the feedback of the training, they all had a delightful experience at the workshop.
Facilitators: Our sagacious and insightful facilitators ensuring that every bit of the training is properly absorbed by the participants. Our facilitators have excellent and effective communication skills.
Kinesthetic: At Learning Impact, we recognize that individuals absorb information in unique ways, and we ensure that our trainings cater to different learning styles. Sometimes just like in the case of MOMO PSB training, we allow participants engage in kinesthetic activities, allowing them to learn by doing certain activities.
Social Learning: Through structured group chats and collaborative discussions, participants engage in meaningful exchanges that go beyond the standard learning experience. As you can see in the picture below, participants engages in social learning. This helps individuals tap into the collective knowledge of the group, share real-world applications, and solve problems together. This also fosters teamwork.
