Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program Visit to Prison

As part of the 6-week Graduate Trainee Program for Stanbic IBTC, participants concluded their training with a visit to Ikoyi Prison on 22nd August 2024. The visit provided trainees with a deeper understanding of the criminal justice system and the critical role financial institutions play in preventing and detecting financial crimes.

During the visit, participants explored the consequences of unethical behavior, gaining valuable insights that will enhance their professional development and ethical decision-making in their future careers. This experience rounded out their training, reinforcing the importance of integrity and responsibility in the financial sector.





Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program - Creativity and Innovation

Learning Impact conducted a Creativity and Innovation training program on 15th and 16th July 2024, facilitated by Odabor Ejumudo. 

The program covered the Basics of Creativity & Innovation, equipping attendees with essential tools to clarify challenges, ideate solutions, develop innovative strategies, and implement effective solutions. Participants engaged in hands-on activities designed to foster creativity and collaborative thinking.

By the end of the training, attendees left with practical skills to drive innovation and tackle challenges within their organizations effectively.















Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program - Cyber Security

On 26th July 2024, Learning Impact hosted a Cyber Security training program facilitated by Adebola Odeyemi. This essential workshop equipped participants with the knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate cyber threats. Attendees learned best practices for safeguarding sensitive information and enhancing organizational security.

By the end of the session, participants were empowered to implement effective measures to protect their organizations against cyber risks.









Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program - Personal Effectiveness

Learning Impact hosted a Personal Effectiveness training program on 11th and 12th July 2024. 

The training began with the concept of Rethinking Success, encouraging attendees to redefine their goals and aspirations. Participants then explored the importance of Taking Ownership of their careers and personal development, fostering a proactive mindset.

The program also addressed Ensuring Career Alignment, helping individuals identify how their personal values and goals align with their professional paths. Additionally, participants learned practical techniques for Managing Time & Priorities, equipping them to navigate their responsibilities effectively.

Finally, the training emphasized the significance of Managing Energy and Stress, providing tools to maintain well-being and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Learning Impact conducted an Effective Selling training program on 5th July 2024, facilitated by Odabor Ejumudo. 

The training began with Consultative Selling Basics, helping attendees understand how to approach sales from a customer-centric perspective. Participants learned about Implementing a Sales Process, which provided them with a structured framework to enhance their sales effectiveness.

The program also covered the Fantastic Service Equation, emphasizing the role of exceptional service in driving sales success. Participants explored techniques for Managing Customer Experience, ensuring that every interaction adds value. The training concluded with a focus on Handling Customer Complaints, equipping attendees with the skills to turn challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Learning Impact hosted a Managing Customer Experience training program on 3rd and 4th July 2024, facilitated by Omo Ogun. The workshop focused on equipping participants with essential skills to enhance customer interactions and drive satisfaction.

The training also explored the Fantastic Service Equation, emphasizing the importance of service quality in customer experience. Attendees engaged in discussions about Managing Customer Experience and strategies to create positive interactions, culminating in techniques for Handling Customer Complaints effectively.














Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program - Business Writing

Learning Impact conducted a Business Writing training program on 31st July and 1st August in Lagos, facilitated by Maryam Aliko.

The facilitator led the program, covering essential topics, starting with the Principles of Effective Communication. Participants explored the foundations of clear and concise messaging, followed by Business Writing Essentials, where they learned best practices for crafting professional documents, emails, and reports.

The training also included a focus on Public Speaking & Presentation Skills Essentials, equipping attendees with techniques to engage and inform their audience effectively.
